Book Slam, Clapham Grand
Book Slam’s fiesta of literature and music will feature Mohsin Hamid, acclaimed author of Moth Smoke and The Reluctant Fundamentalist. (19 May)

Tagore 150th Anniversary, British Library
The British Library are hosting two performances of The Post Office by Rabindranath Tagore, and holding an event titled The Flying Man – a reading of Tagore’s poetry, with some jazz improvisations. (13 – 17 May)
